Captain Robert Moffat Losey, 1908-1940, was the first American serviceman killed in World War II from a bomb blast in Dombas, Norway, where he was serving as a military attaché.

Bob Lee, Losey's nephew, recounts his uncle's life through articles, correspondence and photographs.
