SFC Ralph S. Boulay

Ralph Stephen Boulay was born June 8, 1928 in Berlin, New Hampshire to Alfred and Leda Taylor Boulay.
He graduated from Fordham University in the New York City in 1950 with a B.S. in Economics.
Boulay was a proud veteran of the Korean War; he served in the U.S. Army from November, 1950 to November, 1952, earning the rank of Sergeant First Class in an anti-aircraft artillery unit.
On July 4, 1953, he married Ann Zvonkovic in Branford, Connecticut; they raised five children in Ansonia, Connecticut.
Boulay lived in Ansonia 50 years before moving to Barrington in the early 1990’s, to be near a son.
Boulay’s profession is unknown, but his interests are documented: he performed as a soloist for church services, participated in a barbershop quartet - Elgin Men of Harmony, and enjoyed golf.
SFC Ralph Boulay passed away September 30, 2017, and is buried at Evergreen Cemetery.
