Burt Lewis Wright, Jr. was born August 28, 1913 in Chicago to Burt and Grace Holden Wright.
He served in the U.S. Coast Guard during World War II, and was honorably discharged as a Yeoman Second Class.
Wright was married about 1946 and had two children.
Wright worked for chemical manufacturer, Dupont, for many years, and lived in Des Plaines.
Y2 Burt Wright died June 18, 1991, and is buried in Barrington’s Evergreen Cemetery.
